The Knights Armament QDC-MCQ Rifle Suppressor drops sound signature and flash on a 5.56mm rifle for shooters running any KAC QDC-compatible muzzle device. Built for quick, repeatable mounting, this suppressor uses KAC's quick-disconnect system to attach and detach without tools while maintaining a consistent zero.

Proper fitment on the QDC mount depends on gap tolerance ahead of the handguard: KAC recommends a 0.200" gap between the front of the handguard and the rear of the index pin for full locking, or 0.325" if running a QDC suppressor shroud, and the gap between the locking collar and handguard face must stay clearly visible once tightened. On some 11.5" barrel setups with a 10.75" URX4 handguard, the locking collar can interfere with the front of the handguard; options include swapping to the 123191 open brake, upgrading to a 10.5" URX6 handguard on a notched upper, or shimming the muzzle device by no more than 0.100" to preserve thread engagement. As an NFA item, this suppressor requires an approved ATF transfer before it can go home with the buyer.
